Strong knowledge of O365 applications including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive. Experience with PowerShell scripting for O365 administration and automation. Familiarity with Microsoft 365 security and compliance features. Understanding of Active Directory, Azure AD, and identity management. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
