As a 1st & 2nd Line IT Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support to users, ensuring that all issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner. You’ll handle everything from day-to-day user queries to more complex technical issues, escalating where necessary. Key Responsibilities:
Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support for all hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve user issues in person, over the phone, and via remote support.
Manage and resolve support tickets in a timely manner, escalating more complex issues to 3rd line support when required.
Set up and configure new user devices, including laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
