Skill: MDM Architect Role: Solution Architect MDM Architect
• Minimum of 10+ years of hands-on MDM experience in the areas of MDM / PIM Strategy, Architecture, Design, Integration, Data Quality and Data Governance
• Ability to clearly communicate technical details to business and management personnel
• Expert knowledge of Master Data Management which includes: Creating MDM strategies for clients, with the ability to professionally discuss requirements, priorities, potential solutions, and MDM architecture patterns
• Experience gathering and analyzing requirements, converting them to Architecture and Design specifications.
• Thorough understanding of Data Management best practices such as Data Quality, Match/Merge, Enrichment, Trust & Survivorship, Deduplication
• Thorough understanding of HUB architecture, Enterprise Integration and SOA
• Experience in designing, configuring and deploying MDM solutions on a leading platform (Informatica, Syndigo, Reltio, Stibo, TIBCO EBX, etc)
• Experience in data integration (batch and/or API), data quality and data integrity concepts
• Experience working with ETL tools (Informatica, MuleSoft, cloud-based)
• Understanding of relational and non-relational database technology
• Familiarity or experience with Azure, GCP or AWS cloud data architecture
• Domain experience in Life sciences or healthcare will be a plus.

• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Desire to work in an information systems environment
