Your Responsibilities Technical Leadership and Mentorship: Guide and support junior team members, helping them navigate technical challenges and grow their skills. Ensure the team follows best practices and takes the right technical direction.Feature Development and Collaboration: Work closely with product teams to deliver high-quality solutions that directly impact customers. Focus on data quality, onboarding customers, and building innovative features.Improving Standards: Enhance the quality of the codebase, processes, and data management practices.
