Job Description

Justification:

We are hiring IT Support Associate II (L3) Full Time Contractor to support IT asset management and asset clearance as E-waste which are End-of-life/damaged. This resource would be deployed to segregate the E-Waste assets to clear out the space at all sites in India, this activity was paused over 2 years, resulting in a significant chunk at each site in India which required a dedicated effort to clear out the space and meeting the compliance. And they will be responsible for IT assets scanning in asset management tool. Across India 11 headcount is approved and this will be incorporated in the Q3 guidance plan as per finance approver.

Key job responsibilities

• \tResponsible for audit of IT/AV assets physical condition.

• \tSegregation of assets which should be dispose.

• \tPreparation of assets details for validation.

• \tResponsible to scan the assets while doing segregation.

• \tResponsible for data destruction in IT equipments

• \tResponsible to clear the store space occupied by damaged/EOL assets on monthly or quarterly.

• \tCoordinates and schedules inbound transportation of all goods and materials.

• \tCoordination with security, GREF and multiple internal team

• \tCoordination with vendor to get the manifest certificate and required documents with in the SLA

• \tPrepare and print the gate pass.

• \tPrepare and ship print and supply orders placed by branches.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 1+ years of corporate setting Windows, Mac or Linux Operating systems support experience

- Experience troubleshooting integrated and interdependent computer systems

- Experience maintaining zebra thermal printers, troubleshooting thin clients, PCs, scanners, and portable handheld terminals

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Cisco/CCNA, Linux (Redhat), Microsoft hardware (installation), AWS, or other industry relevant certifications

- Experience in a dynamic environment with a high degree of customer service
