Job Description

Scope:

  • Core responsibilities to include analyze business requirements and designs for accuracy and completeness. Develops and maintains relevant product.


Our current technical environment:

  • Software: Python (Fast API/Django), Rest API, OAuth, React JS
  • Application Architecture: Scalable, Resilient, event driven, secure multi-tenant Microservices architecture
  • Cloud Architecture: MS Azure (AKS, Networks, Event Hub, Azure AD, Storage account, Cosmos DB, PostgreSQL)
  • Frameworks/Others: Kubernetes, Elasticsearch, Prometheus, Docker, GitHub action
  • Message Queue (RabbitMQ, kafka, Eventhub)


What you'll do:

  • Help the team get better technically, mentors junior associates, and keeps customer success in focus
  • Push the team towards better quality software by constructively pointing out opportunities to reduce complexity and to write cleaner code and more effective tests.
  • Identify root causes of issues and fixes those rather than their symptoms.
  • Actively share knowledge in their field of expertise, e.g., by contributing to open
    source software projects, offering training sessions, holding conference
    presentations, etc.
  • Design services to be self-healing and to offer self-service capabilities from the ground up to achieve minimum manual intervention.
  • Seek out the root causes of incidents and inspires improvements in a blameless fashion.
  • Diligently collaborate with stakeholders to optimize service selection and usage to minimize costs for derived products.


What we are looking for:

  • At least 4+ years of experience in software development with experience in Python and Azure.
  • Experience on developing python applications using Fast API, Django. Understanding API lifecycle management and Hands-on experience in building, designing REST APIs.
  • Strong experience in creating and managing resources in Azure. Must have experience in Infrastructure as Code.
  • Strong knowledge on networking, Linux based platforms and shell scripting.
  • Strong experience in architectural patterns, design patterns and hands-on knowledge in applying these concepts to practical problems.
  • In depth knowledge on CI/CD and DevOps Lifecyle and tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Docker, Kubernetes
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills and the ability to articulate architectural details to stakeholders at different levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
