The HR Learning & Development team at DBS Tech India is seeking a creative and driven Technology Learning Program Manager at a Senior Associate level, who will be responsible for end-to-end planning and execution of Technology Learning programs, helping deliver our Tech EVP to all employees, in line with our vision of implementing World-class Engineering practices.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Partners effectively with HR and business stakeholders including senior leaders, to deliver business value through learning programs
  • Conducts on-going technology training needs assessment with L&D lead and BU Heads / HRBPs, ensuring business outcomes and metrics are explicitly defined
  • Proposes outcome-focused learning solutions with objectives and mode of delivery (Blended / Online / Classroom)
  • Oversees procurement and vendor management in collaboration with dedicated procurement and vendor management team
  • Interacts with internal SMEs and external trainers to design the curriculum; course and assessments (formative and summative)
  • Manages the learning journeys and learner experience; governs the completion of all DBS Tech Academy Learning Roadmaps (courses, badges, certifications)
  • Innovates to make learning joyful and impactful
  • Brings in industry perspectives, trends, best practices, works actively to change the game
  • Exemplifies the desired culture and philosophy of DBS Tech India
  • Facilitate New Employee Orientation along with senior team members and leaders
  • Facilitate the Campus Hire Onboarding Program and other allied programs
  • Design and deliver custom solutions in Tech/Domain (in consultation with the Vendor Partners where required)


Requirements

  • Graduate/post-graduate with a minimum of 8-10 years in learning and development
  • Experience in conducting Training Needs Analysis and carrying out all activities in the Training Cycle: Identify, Design, Deliver, Evaluate
  • Excellent Classroom Management and Facilitation Skills delivering programs
  • Ability to manage vendor relationship including vendor cost and KPI management
  • Communicate effectively at all levels (both internally and externally); ability to work and influence Team members/ Stakeholders across different sites globally
  • Excellent command over MS Excel, analyze large volume of data points, identify issues, and recommend solutions
  • Superior judgment, diplomacy, and tact, with a willingness to speak up amid adversity
  • Working knowledge of data & analytics tools such as Qlikview/Power BI/Google Data Studio/Tableau
  • Vendor Management (identification, evaluation, empanelment, purchase order-invoice-payment governance)
  • Work closely with all internal teams for the smooth execution of training program
  • Ensure training records are updated for audits and metrics reported monthly
  • Explore automation, data-driven and digital approaches to augment learning operations
