In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

Responsibilities
- Lead data quality initiatives to ensure high quality data across various systems and platforms used by DBS Bank
- Develop and implement data quality monitoring processes, metrics and reporting to identify data quality issues
- Perform data profiling, data cleansing and data standardization activities to resolve data quality issues
- Collaborate with business and technology teams to understand data requirements, identify gaps and recommend solutions
- Develop automation strategies using tools like SQL, Python etc to streamline data quality processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in data engineering or a related role
- Strong knowledge of data quality concepts, data modeling and data governance best practices
- Hands on experience working with relational databases like SQL Server, Oracle etc
- Experience with data profiling, data cleansing and transformation tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Experience with programming languages like SQL, Python is essential
