Key Responsibilities:
Manage the movement of assets within the organisation, ensuring proper tracking and documentation.
Maintain accurate records of equipment movements, including shipping and receiving activities.
Coordinate break-fix activities, liaising with internal teams and external vendors, as necessary.
Perform grading of returned equipment against agreed-upon processes, ensuring compliance with standards and protocols.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise asset management procedures and enhance operational efficiency.
Utilise Service Now platform to effectively manage and prioritise service tickets, ensuring timely resolution of IT issues.
Execute IMACD (Install, Move, Add, Change, Disposal) processes with precision and efficiency.
Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices for IT operations and asset management.
