Job Description

Should have architected and designed Power Apps and Power Automate
Hands on experience in D365, Dataverse and its customization, Model Driven App, Canvas App, component framework, Power Automate Desktop, AI Builder, Power BI etc.
Knowledge of building responsive UI and designing optimized solutions.
Should have carried out evaluation of requirements and fitment analysis of Power Apps.
ALM exposure and COE tool kit exposure will be added advantage.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Role Purpose

The purpose of the role is to create exceptional architecturalsolution design and thought leadership and enable delivery teams toprovide exceptional client engagement and satisfaction.


  1. Develop architectural solutions for the new deals/ majorchange requests in existing deals
    1. Creates an enterprise-wide architecture that ensures systems arescalable, reliable, and manageable.
    2. Provide solutioning of RFP?s received from clients and ensure overall design assurance
      1. Develop a direction to manage the portfolio of to-be-solutionsincluding systems, shared infrastructure services, applications in orderto better match business outcome objectives
      2. Analyse technology environment, enterprise specifics, clientrequirements to set a collaboration solution design framework/architecture
  • Provide technical leadership to the design, development andimplementation of custom solutions through thoughtful use of moderntechnology
  1. Define and understand current state solutions and identifyimprovements, options & tradeoffs to define target state solutions
  2. Clearly articulate, document and sell architectural targets,recommendations and reusable patterns and accordingly propose investmentroadmaps
  3. Evaluate and recommend solutions to integrate with overalltechnology ecosystem
  • Works closely with various IT groups to transition tasks, ensureperformance and manage issues through to resolution
  • Perform detailed documentation (App view, multiple sections &views) of the architectural design and solution mentioning all theartefacts in detail
    1. Validate the solution/ prototype from technology, cost structure andcustomer differentiation point of view
    2. Identify problem areas and perform root cause analysis ofarchitectural design and solutions and provide relevant solutions to theproblem
    3. Collaborating with sales, program/project, consulting teams toreconcile solutions to architecture
    • Tracks industry and application trends and relates these to planningcurrent and future IT needs
    1. Provides technical and strategic input during the projectplanning phase in the form of technical architectural designs andrecommendations
    2. Collaborates with all relevant parties in order to review theobjectives and constraints of solutions and determine conformance withthe Enterprise Architecture.
    3. Identifies implementation risks and potential impacts.

    1. Enable Delivery Teams by providing optimal deliverysolutions/ frameworks
      1. Build and maintain relationships with executives, technicalleaders, product owners, peer architects and other stakeholders tobecome a trusted advisor
      2. Develops and establishes relevant technical, business processand overall support metrics (KPI/SLA) to drive results
      3. Manages multiple projects and accurately reports the status ofall major assignments while adhering to all project management standards
      4. Identify technical, process, structural risks and prepare a riskmitigation plan for all the projects
      5. Ensure quality assurance of all the architecture or designdecisions and provides technical mitigation support to the deliveryteams
      6. Recommend tools for reuse, automation for improved productivityand reduced cycle times
      7. Leads the development and maintenance of enterprise frameworkand related artefacts
      8. Develops trust and builds effective working relationshipsthrough respectful, collaborative engagement across individual productteams
      9. Ensures architecture principles and standards are consistentlyapplied to all the projects
      10. Ensure optimal Client Engagement
        1. Support pre-sales team while presenting the entire solution designand its principles to the client
        2. Negotiate, manage and coordinate with the client teams to ensure allrequirements are met and create an impact of solution proposed
    • Demonstrate thought leadership with strong technical capability infront of the client to win the confidence and act as a trusted advisor

    1. Competency Building and Branding
      1. Ensure completion of necessary trainings and certifications
      2. Develop Proof of Concepts (POCs),case studies, demos etc. fornew growth areas based on market and customer research
      3. Develop and present a point of view of Wipro on solution designand architect by writing white papers, blogs etc.
      4. Attain market referencability and recognition through highestanalyst rankings, client testimonials and partner credits
      5. Be the voice of Wipro?s Thought Leadership by speaking inforums (internal and external)
      6. Mentor developers, designers and Junior architects in theproject for their further career development and enhancement
      7. Contribute to the architecture practice by conducting selectioninterviews etc

      2. Track team satisfaction scores and identify initiatives to buildengagement within the team
