IT Service Desk Analyst

A client of mine is looking for an experienced IT Service Desk Analyst to provide essential Level 1 and Level 2 support within their Dublin office. This role involves managing and resolving user issues efficiently across a Windows-based environment while supporting various infrastructure and application tasks.
Responsibilities:
Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for Windows environments, including Office 365 and Active Directory management.
Troubleshoot software, hardware, and network connectivity issues, escalating complex cases as necessary.
Manage and resolve user requests through the ticketing system, ensuring accurate documentation.
Assist with onboarding new employees by configuring accounts, hardware setup, and initial IT orientation.
